Last Thursday we went strawberry picking at Indian Head Farm in Berlin (about 8 minutes from our house). Kendall managed to stay in the wagon for a little while before getting antsy and wanting out. Of course since she's still not walking yet that meant mommy had to hold her or put her in the dirt to crawl around. Fun stuff on a hot humid day. Tyler was done in about 15 minutes.
I think what happened was he basically got full from taking bites of ALL the strawberries and figured he was done when his belly was full. 
He went back to the wagon and waited for mommy to finish the photo-op with Kendall. 
Now what I learned is fresh picked Strawberries are not the same as the ones you buy in the store. Who would have thought they would have been that much better. I wish I would have picked some strawberries myself but instead when we got home I just ended up eating the rest of Tyler's half eaten berries. Now our little Kendall doesn't like any fruit but banana's and watermelon and I've tried to get her to eat strawberries on several occasions but no such luck she's a weirdo just like her daddy. 
But at the farm on Thursday she did eventually try one and I think she actually liked it! 
Maybe we'll have to go again.
